Shipping:
Our products are shipped directly to you or your customers from our warehouses all over the globe. We are constantly using the cheapest shipping method available (in most instances that will be airmail) so shipping time can vary from a mere 5 days up to 30 days. We do offer expedited shipping via courier for most products except products marked with free shipping. Should you wish for expedited shipping please choose bank as payment method and in order notes let us know that you prefer courier shipping. We will then send you an updated tax invoice and payment request reflecting the changed shipping terms.
We offer full shipping insurance on all our products. That means that if you have not received your item 45 days after we have marked it as shipped we will ship a replacement product at no cost to you.
Returns:
The majority of drop shippers around the world will require you to ship their product to their warehouse which in many instances will be overseas. Return cost is always worn by the customer and can be a very lengthy process.
At AussieDropShip.net we are different. Should you have a defect product contact us first for a RMA number. We will provide you with return instructions to our quality department here in Australia and as soon as we have confirmed that your product is defect we will arrange for a brand new replacement to be shipped.
Cooling Off Period
Most other dropshippers will not let you change your mind and regret your purchase. At AussieDropShip we are different and better.
We offer you the following terms for return
AussieDropShip give you 14 days to consider your purchase. Within that period you can cancel your purchase without giving us any reason. Please follow the below guidelines for returning items should you change your mind.
Within 24 hours of placing and paying order: A full refund will be provided
After 24 hours we cannot stop shipment so instead we will offer to take your product back. Once you receive your product you send it back to us unopened and completely intact. Once we have received the purchase back and confirmed that it is un opened and completely intact we will refund the purchase price excluding shipping cost.
NOTE: Before return you will have to contact us for a Return Authorisation # and return instructions.
Whilst we are accepting money order we will for orders placed outside of the Australia request credit card payment via AlertPay. We will send a payment request upon order confirmation.
